I occasionally brew beer and this time I decided I want to add a fruit flavour to it but I cant find any sources that will tell me the basic procedures for infusing the fruit with the beer or they have so much jargon that I have no idea what the instructions are. The equipment I have is 1 25L fermenter with airtight lid and airlock. Can anyone tell me how or give me a link to a site with equipment list and instructions in easy to understand words on how to add the new flavours? thanks
Im no more ruining the beer than people do to pizza with pineapple. Hops are a plant which flavours are extracted and I wish to replace hops with another plant material to something that better suits my tastes. People like fruit and alcohol so what is wrong with putting them together? Some say ruining, I say improving.
