WHOLE LEMON DRINK RECIPE
- 1 whole organic lemon, well scrubbed to remove residual wax or
- 1 / 2 cup filtered water
- 1-3 tablespoons of cold pressed oil from flax seeds organic or fish oil, preferably liquid
- 1 tablespoon lecithin filled (egg if possible)
- 1 capsule of vitamin E (all in the blender)
- 1 knob of fresh ginger (about golf ball size)
Lemon cut into small pieces, mix all ingredients and mix for 30-45 seconds. Strain and discard pulp. Consume 1 / 2 fluid before or with breakfast and the rest for dinner. Store the rest in a container * clean glass in the refrigerator. Always consume the total amount within 24 hours to prevent rancidity and oxidation too.
* Ideally the glass container should be as full of drink that can reduce the amount of air, which accelerates oxidation.
