Proportions in fermenting juice.?
I have 950 ml of a fruit juice without preservatives, and would like to ferment it. I am wondering what amount of water/sugar/brewing yeast should be added to this. I already have an airlock and other equipment, so im set there.
Thanks in advance.

You don’t need any water. Sugar probably isn’t required but it would depend on what the hydrometer reading was. You only need less than ~1/8 of a packet of yeast but it won’t hurt to add more yeast.
